John M. Brennan, President of Brennan Title Company (BTC) is an attorney, a licensed Real Estate Broker, a former Mortgage Banker, and a licensed Securities Principal. He has been involved in Real Estate Closings since 1969 and has handled over 10,000 closings.

Established BTC in 1991 to service the Real Estate, Mortgage Banking and Loan Brokering Industries in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. BTC is approved to handle closings for several National Title Insurance Companies and by all major lenders.

Has dedicated BTC to provide professional yet friendly service to its clients. Having spent many years in all phases of real estate, he knows and understands the importance of maintaining smooth relationships throughout the settlement and sales process.
